Our story begins when Francis "Fran" Deck opened the first Fran's Restaurant: a modest, ten-stool diner at Yonge and St. Clair.

Breakfast is served all day. We make our pancake batter in-house every day, and our burger patties from scratch with AAA Canadian beef.
